quering an expression database #1413

In a new project, I am trying to define the metabolizing enzymes relevant to the compound involved. I did download the human expression database and defined its location under Applications in Options. However when I right click on "Metabolizing Enzymes" and select "Add Enzyme", only the manual addition option opens while the option (Database query) does not show up. Enclosed is a copy of the screen illustrating the above. Doc1.docx I would appreciate help in resolving this issue
