Error messages in OpenBCI_GUI when trying to stream EEG from the Cyton with Wifi Shield #77

I am a new customer with OpenBCI. I didn't receive the dongle with my initial shipment, so I tried to stream EEG using the Wifi Shield connected to the Cyton board. I was able to successfully connect the Wifi Shield to my PC (which connection was confirmed in the OpenBCI_GUI), but I get an error message that briefly appears at the bottom of the GUI (installed on a Windows 10 PC) that says "Failed to connect to data source fail point 1," followed by another error message that says "ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:80." Could you help me understand why I am getting these error messages? Am I required to have the USB Dongle attached to my PC in order for the Cyton board to work with the Wifi Shield? Also, I have the switch on the Cyton board set in the "PC" position. I have the EXT Power switch on the Wifi Shield set to the "on" position--with a 3.7V Lithium Ion battery connected to the Wifi Shield, which power is passing to the Cyton as confirmed by the blue light on the Cyton. No battery is connected to the Cyton, just the Wifi Shield, as instructed in the tutorial. I installed version 3.2.0 of the OpenBCI_GUI and OpenBCIHub after being unsuccessful at getting the OpenBCIHub to successfully execute after installing version 3.3.0 (I got the same "unhandled exception" error when attempting to execute the OpenBCIHub with version 3.3.0 that another user mentioned here on Github). I have gotten a lot further with version 3.2.0, but still can't stream EEG. Please help me troubleshoot what might be causing this error message, which is preventing me from streaming the EEG. Thanks.

Let me add one more thing: I received the error messages that I mentioned ("Failed to connect to data source fail point 1," followed by another error message that says "ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:80") immediately after clicking on "Start System" in the GUI. The Wifi Shield was showing as being successfully connected, before I clicked on "Start System."
