NRCS AWDB datastore returns redundant SNOTEL time series #17

From Sarah Smith at Northern Water: Hi Steve,

I’m trying to use TSTool to read the SWE at several Snotel sites. For some reason the Berthoud Summit site (335) returns 3 time series. Do you know why? All the other snotel sites return one time series.

Is there a way to write just one of the Berthoud Summit time series to a .dv or delimitated file?

Duplicate time series are also returned for automated test: Test_ReadNrcsAwdb_SingleSite_TOBS_Hour
