When logging in with app; show name of SP #567

This issue is imported from pivotal 

When logging in with the eduID app, the screen always shows \'do you want to login to eduID.nl?\', even when I\'m logging into wiki.surfnet.nl.

It should show the name of the service I\'m logging into, so \'Do you want to login to wiki.surfnet.nl\'.
