Check account linking from app unauthenticated browser #620

When starting an account link (institution or external) the browser is used. Does this work correctly is the app is logged in (valid oauth token) but the browser is not (no cookie)?

It does not seem to be a problem for me. I tested this on current production versions, with my iPhone, "clearing your history and website data" from Safari, then doing an institution verification via the eduID app.
