Enable sp_[registration|authentication] features #145

This issue is imported from pivotal - Originaly created at Dec 17, 2019 by Michiel Kodde

In PR#8, the two features have been disabled. The features seem to be misconfigured in the sense that the ACS validation (receive response) fails in the DefaultControllers gssp acs action.

The precise reason was not yet discovered. A similarly scenario in dev mode does work correctly.
