Found and noticed some bugs while working on the hexbin_intersect tables that needs to be addressed.

Geometry_Canada - region country should be merged into 1 country, right now it appears to have been exploded to single polygons.
Geometry_CDUID - similar issue above
SAUID_HexGrid - extra duplicate SAUID, needs to be removed

All fixes will be fixed in the newest update_hexbin_v1p1 branch
