Add 4 new earthquake scenarios (from Jeremy) for the October 2022 launch #227

@tieganh suggests the addition of the following 6 4 additional scenarios generated by @jeremyrimando for the October 2022 launch:

  1. Yukon scenario: outputs/Systematic/Burwash Landing- Systematic/ACM7p4_BurwashLanding_syst
  2. First Nation scenario near Vancouver: outputs/Systematic/Capilano 5-Systematic/ACM4p9_Capilano5_syst
  3. Northern BC scenario (Haida Gwaii): outputs/Systematic/Masset-Systematic/IDM5p0_Masset_syst
  4. Montreal: outputs/Systematic/Montreal-Systematic/SCM5p0_Montreal_syst
  5. Ottawa: outputs/Systematic/Ottawa-Systematic/SCM5p5_Ottawa_syst
  6. smaller scenario near Duncan: outputs/Systematic/Duncan-Systematic/ACM5p3_Duncan_syst

@DamonU2 started https://github.com/OpenDRR/DSRA-processing and a more up-to-date fork https://github.com/DamonU2/DSRA-processing to eventually have each of these new scenarios in their own branch, with an GitHub workflow to eventually create pull requests at OpenDRR/earthquake-scenarios.

@drotheram is working on #214 in the reformat_add_data to be able to process these new scenarios one by one directly from https://github.com/DamonU2/DSRA-processing.

@DamonU2 and @drotheram did all the work! 👍

@DamonU2 added five new scenarios in PR OpenDRR/earthquake-scenarios#69 and removed "Duncan" in OpenDRR/earthquake-scenarios#70 circa October 6 - 13, 2022.

@drotheram ran the stack build on these new scenarios using the [https://github.com/OpenDRR/opendrr-api/tree/reformat_add_data] branch. The resulting data were fully deployed, and are part of the RiskProfiler v1.0 "Soft-Launch" release on October 20, 2022.
