Add a settings option to only show those records which are both in English and local language #220

As discussed via email and after implementing this issue, now there is a new settings option on the wp-odm_solr settings under Settings (only for country sites, not regional site) which allows to show only search result records available on both English and the local language

Thanks Alex for implementing this option. Since, the site has different resources, some has a lot, some has less, thus, with this understanding, to be flexible for each organization, I would like to suggest to provide additional option "Show only results available in Local language on Local site". This option means that all English results that found will be shown on English site, and on local site, it will show only the records which are translated. Thus, each website can choose the option that prefer to show the results.
