[Help Wanted] - Fixing and maintaining the GPU build #1776

It seems that the GPU build broke, probably after #1774 was merged. https://community.opendronemap.org/t/error-while-loading-shared-libraries-libtbb-so-2/20995

I don't have the bandwidth to maintain and test the GPU builds anymore. Somebody needs to step up to help maintain this.

I'm happy to do it as use RTX 4080 regularly and know docker/linux/python
