It seems that E-Verify is not API friendly. It appears that they require you
certify your code for the full API, not just the submit a new verification
check. Odd, but typical considering this involves CSC (big government
contractor) and DHS (big government). Very odd scheme that has no basis in
reality or how APIs even work. We are unlikely to do this anytime soon.

Current approach is to integrate with third party systems that do E-Verify and
not attempt direct E-Verify from OpenESF per the expense and ongoing issues
with maintaining our own E-Verify API ad the customer certifications that go
with it.
We are changing this to won't fix for now. Should E-Verify ever allow for
simple submission of new cases by API, we will consider this.
