Auto-update process for Rawhide #108

Deploy a mechanism to automatically update / sync with the latest Rawhide, either via period refresh of the rawhide iso or deploy the rawhide "distro" as an actual mirror of the repos.

This has been completed, beaker is installing / importing directly from the upgrade.
