Resync Overpass #574

Bug description Nominatim db is out of date after the kub upgrade & needs to be refreshed.

This impacts all users, not just Overpass API users in the Query Features panel:

hey @jeffreyameyer , the issue was because a missing replication file.

I have just generate the missing file, and the service is up to date, including the tiler. Also we are going to work on this issue of missing replication files, https://github.com/OpenHistoricalMap/issues/issues/573
