boundary lines disappearing in vtiles... #795

Bug description What is happening? It appears some boundary lines have disappeared from the vtiles. Just some, not all, which is weird. This was working properly yesterday.

Europe: missing most boundary lines.

The issue is due to the planet replication. The 28th May planet file is smaller in size compared to the 27th May file, which might indicate that not all data was included. I've re-imported using the 27th May planet file, which now seems to correctly show the boundaries in production. image (1)

Next time, we need to make sure that we are importing the correct planet files. Additionally, we need to investigate why some planet files do not contain all the data.
