Catchment and QmedAnalysis classes #19

First go at seperating the calcs into a separate package. I've added documentation and test, so hopefully it's fairly self-explanatory.

I suggest we also setup https://travis-ci.org/ on site repo to make sure that none of the unittests fail.

Excellent work faph. Not at a computer at the moment so can't have a proper look.

The automated testing sounds like a great idea though you need to talk me through what we'd need to do. Is there a bug in the qmed by catchment area function?

I don't think there's anything wrong with QMED by catchment area. We just need to complete a reference to a published methodology, if that's what you're referring to. It seems just a simplified version of the 1999 descriptors method?
