Hooray! I finally found it. I think we can create an iframe that links directly to the SBA. Replacing Cerebellum with a skos:prefLabel for the whs terms will translate directly from a label into the highlighted region. This will only work for a subset of the terms: https://scalablebrainatlas.incf.org/services/listregions.php?template=PLCJB14, and I think this may actually be WHSv1, or at least my comment in the code suggests that something doesn't quite line up.

If we can't iframe the link then we could also use the following pattern to get an image that people can click through to see the full page. https://scalablebrainatlas.incf.org/services/thumbnail.php https://scalablebrainatlas.incf.org/services/thumbnail.php?template=PLCJB14®ion=Cerebellum&size=L&dim=2d&format=svg produces https://scalablebrainatlas.incf.org/cache/PLCJB14_Cerebellum_2dL.svg Which we could use as an 'atlas' view for the waxholm atlas.

Got it. I'm integrating the v1 and v2 labels and will work out a practical way to manage mappings for changes in labels across versions where the index is the same.
