Description

We'd like to upgrade the demo from #3768 to support Differentially Private Learning.

Breakdown

Identify and select theories/methods of differential privacy that respond to our problem.
Analyze existing implementations: #3954
Iteratively design/implement a framework, ideally adapted to Pysyft's one, and test it on our use case.
Analyze the selection criteria of the hyperparameters (epsilon, etc)
