run.ini incorrect settings for SPINAND #1

The NUC980 IoT dev board uses an SPI NAND flash chip, but the SPINAND settings in the run.ini config can't possibly be correct; currently, run.ini says u-boot and uimage both have a start offset of 0x200000.
