So that I can get a better understanding of the issues faced by the users and feedback in real-time.
Acceptance Criteria:
Chatbot Setup:
The chatbot should be created using a no-code platform eg. https://chatling.ai/ for easy configuration and deployment.
The chatbot should handle basic user queries with predefined responses and guide users through simple interactions.
The chatbot should be capable of handling interactions in Tibetan if needed.
User Interaction:
Users should be able to access the chatbot via a prominent button or icon on the website.
The chatbot should support text-based interaction with the option of screenshots.
The chatbot should log all interactions for analysis during the beta phase.
Integration:
Ensure that the chatbot does not disrupt the website's performance or user experience.
Minimal setup should be required for integration with the existing website system.
User Experience:
The chatbot's appearance should be customizable to match the website’s design, including colors, fonts, and button styles.
The chatbot should be responsive and work seamlessly across desktops.
Testing Requirements:
A select group of beta testers should interact with the chatbot to assess its usability, accuracy, and effectiveness.
Collect and review feedback from beta testers on the chatbot’s functionality and user experience.
The chatbot should be able to handle both expected and unexpected user inputs.
Feedback Mechanism:
Include an option within the chatbot for users to provide feedback on their experience.
