Fix troubleshoot #124

allow timestamp to be accessible through whole troubleshoot process
fix dbus call to get devices from cups
if dbus method call has empty array as an argument then it needs to have explicitly set signature
fix some errors with temporary files

Hi Tom, thank you for the patch! Would you mind separating the commits by what issue changes fixes and then create a merge request? IMHO it helps package maintainers to backport correct patches if needed.
