fix translation in troubleshoot menu #139

Fix translation in troubleshoot menu.

Replaced the function '_' with the correct one.
=> The correct domain name is being loaded ('system-config-printer').

Hi @Mars26 , thank you for the patch! Would you mind telling me where the changed translation should appear - that means how can I test it?

Hi @zdohnal, Translation can be tested by changing the locale. This means - Run the application in a language other than English.

Next, go to the top menu: "Help" -> "Troubleshooting". Here (in the window that opens) you should see the text in the desired language. For example, I tested it in Russian.

Hi Paul, I'm sorry, I was on vacation last week and had other urgent matters to attend to at work. I tested it and it works as you told. Thank you for the patch!
