The build.properties file currently checked into the LanguageResources component of the OpenSextantToolbox repository contains values that seem specific to Mitr:
proxy.host=gatekeeper.mitre.org
proxy.port=80
Wouldn't it be better to omit these lines, or omit build.properties entirely? There is a build.local.properties files to guide the developer when setting proxy values is necessary.
