Where are the issues for unit-page #83

At area-page: http://178.62.254.91/lf/area/show/1.html I see some issues.

But at the parent unit-page http://178.62.254.91/lf/unit/show/1.html I do not see any issue.

Expected behaviour: show all issue with "Agriculture" or "Education" tags..

Do you have any clue why?

Weird thing is that is does seem to work for unit "Central District" http://178.62.254.91/lf/unit/show/2.html

Not sure. When I view unit/show/1.html I do see issues listed there.

But do you think this might be related to #49 ?
