Telgram bot for study purposes #92

How to make a telegram bot - Bot will carry a stopwatch, members can start and stop the time , After 4 or 5 hours, the member with the highest time will be automatically promoted to admin(upto 3 members).

Start

For starters you should have a telegram acc.
Then use "BotFather" to create a fresh new bot.

Python

Now use python to add functionalities etc. You may use python-telegram-bot module for that purpose.
Just run pip install python-telegram-bot in cmd to install it, or conda install -c conda-forge python-telegram-bot to install via conda.

Rest upon you. You can follow tutorial, or delve into it by yourself. Best of luck.
