223 Series Reversing/Alignment with wings (tmpl_rpstdw) #124

223 Series has an issue with reversing and alignments on winged vehicles (with the special wing template). Reversing issue is caused by all sprites refering to the "reversed" sprite, as oppised to "forward" and "reversed" and "reversed flipped".

Wingled vehicles have a seperate template that causes alignment issues (possibly solve by removing winged vehicles).
