Markdown bold with newline does not display correctly #144

<strong><br></strong> will be converted to **\n**, which at least in the contribute tool "Verify version" preview rendering does not bold them.

Occurred in Ikea Tracker Policy - see https://github.com/OpenTermsArchive/contrib-declarations/pull/833#discussion_r1135185425

I think this is an issue with the contribution tool "Verify version" preview not rendering Markdown correctly. May also touch guidelines/intended Markdown markup.

In https://github.com/OpenTermsArchive/contrib-declarations/pull/833 we worked around this by dropping strong br elements (no text follows the br within the strong).

This is a case of https://github.com/mixmark-io/turndown/pull/123. It is a wontfix on the Open Terms Archive side, unfortunately.
