Documentation Edits #194

Added a table of contents to the README, to make it easier to navigate.
Edited some titles of the README's sections.
Simplified the Build Dependencies section.
Inserted commands into coding blocks for easy copy/paste.
Gave the "Documentation" section a hotlink to the respective folder.
Added a table for the python dependencies.

I am very sorry, however this is no longer needed with the big doc PR I did a while ago. If you feel, I missed something, please re-open or create a new PR.
