Provide static input basins layer for Kory to add in download #2

Please provide Kory the basin boundary file that was used as input, as a shapefile zip. I see there is an Albers version and that is OK or the original one. This will give people the opportunity to look at the source attributes themselves.

The _CO_BasinsAlbers shapefile that you saw is the correct input shapefile. The shapefile provided by Amy was projected into NAD83 Zone 13N. The _CO_BasinsAlbers shapefile is the reprojected version (_USA_Contiguous_Albers_EqualArea) of Amy's provided shapefile . I decided that an equal-area projection for the zone dataset of the zonal statistic calculations was required to receive the most accurate results (most the of zonal statistics are dependent on an accurate basin area estimation).

We resolved this through coordination, including making filenames consistent between the inputs, GIS tools, and website. Closing.
