Need to add the following to wildfire, trails, and environmental organizations and maybe add a forest health map.

I added a new layer for trail organizations for the Basin Entities / Recreation - Trails map and also added to the environmental organizations. I am going to add a separate issue for Forest Health. Close this issue.
