Cannot read the display mode and value of the Meter device via BLE
With the Bot device the communation works as below shows:
gatttool -b xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx -t random -I connect char-write-cmd 0x0010 570F31 char-read-uuid cba20003-224d-11e6-9fb8-0002a5d5c51b
No logs are required.
