Reduce the facet pane #104

Default is to "Collapse" categories.

Remove "CONTACT FOR THE RESOURCE", "FORMATS", "REPRESENTATION TYPES", "UPDATE FREQUENCIES"), "SERVICE TYPES", "REPRESENTATION TYPES

Collapse everything except "TOPICS"
