Additional .net profiles for silverlight, monotouch and monodroid #119

There is partial support for monotouch and monodroid, but silverlight is not part of the tables yet. Hooking up of projects should also be done for those projects in the init command, and the msbuild file needs updating to add the new platform and profile values required by those environments.

This seems to me related to issue 11, extensible platform configurations.

it's two different issues really, this one is about being able to init-wrap projects that target monotoch, monodroid and silverlight 3 and 4, 11 is about the compatibility tables and those are pretty much supporting all those already, so not sure 11 should still exist.
