Update the build configuration to handle the Bitbake/OE upgrade.
The biggest change to any downstream is the relocation of some configuration previously done in the local.conf-dist file to the xenclient-oe layer.
Points of interest:
It is recommended to move PREFERRED_* configuration to the distro configuration (see openxt-main.conf for example),
debug-tweaks in IMAGE_FEATURE is extended by the layer,
source-image is deprecated and removed,
FILESYSTEM_PERMS_TABLES is set at the distro level,
Images format are no longer prefixed with .xc as it is no longer necessary.
buildstats are no longer collected by the build-scripts, bitbake and provided tools can be used directly.
