How would you get a Google Ads RefreshToken with this package? #409

I'm wondering how would you get the RefreshToken needed in the docs?

Sorry I realized this would be part of a different package: https://www.npmjs.com/package/googleapis I was able to get the tokens needed for this package from the googleapis package.
