Copy cat CPM's as CAM's #80

Add the CPM's support to the copycat (called "its-client" for now) binary

Using the reworked copycat example from 2.0.0 CPM from vehicles should be working fine

CPM from road side unit does not work yet because the example only process messages on which as_mobile() returns Ok
