incognito: add config option to hide player list #42

On small population servers, incognito mode can be circumvented by using the player list to cross-reference who's current logged onto the server.

This config option allows server owners to hide the Player List button from the Escape menu to ensure privacy :D

The name may be misleading but Incognito Mode is really more of a simple roleplaying mod. I do not wish to completely hide who is online. Situations like that can cause more grievances than it's worth, it helps to know who is online so you know which players you may be interacting with. The ideal use case is players take their helmets off in roleplaying situations if they wish to be fully identified, otherwise "in character" they are a stranger.

This would be a better feature for a standalone mod, and it is not one I wish to make or maintain.

Ah, I see! I'm happy to publish a separate mod, but now that I understand the intent a bit better, how do you feel about moving this small bit to Multiplayer Tweaks instead? I feel like this would complement the existing HidePlatformTag config option quite well and servers that currently enable this on Multiplayer Tweaks may also like it.
