(Request) Scan-and-Livemon across bands #148

I may be missing something, but it seems Scan-and-Livemon cannot accept many arguments, especially not specific bands to look across.

It seems limited/hard coded to the 900mhz range. Can this be made adjustable?

Can it scan multiple network types provided as arguments and either camp on each for a predetermined time or maybe just pick the highest signal strength? Both options would be interesting.
