Well there is an annoying stuff which is the laser efficiency curve as a function of wavelength. I am 100% of the time doing measurements with my servo motor.

Lets say i am 585 nm, what is the value of my servo angle that i am supossed to be in order to dont go out of scale and lose half of my measurements? of course if i am letting 100% of power and i go to 600 nm which is less efficiency than i have no more room in my servo so i will forcedly reduce income power.

An example that happened this morning. Note how servo saturate at 596 nm and power reduced to almost zero due to poor efficiency of dye there. Gain signal dies as well
