Broken auto align, either by MAX and FIT #42

Fitting was never implemented, but even my MAX_VALUE point alignment is broken. I need to investigate more. Data from 08-03-2021 does not work for instance

Creating this issue so i can create a fit based spectra alignment. Will try to import from hyperspy so i dont need to code all those stuff
