Sirens issue #1

1.The sirens when placed and set to my volume level never do a sound 2. The message system shows up but the message just doesnt show up either would be lovely so see it fixed ty. and yeah game version is 1.12.2

Try using the newest version. It should make sound immediately now, as opposed to being delayed before. As for the broadcast/warning systems, the message is shown in chat.
