System Ubuntu 18, 64 bit Hi I am trying to install necklaces by using the install Linux64.sh I did sudo sh install_linux64.sh And the error I am getting is 2018-08-08 16:23:49 (876 KB/s) - ‘bpipe-0.9.9.2.tar.gz’ saved [22414506/22414506]

Hi, do you get the same error if you do "sudo bash install_linux64.sh"?

Yes i did that also but didn't work. And i fixed the problem. You have to move the " } " to upper line like { fgtvgk nkkkjnbhj }

Then make it

{ afsgtfrdghklkj }

It is working. But don't know the explanation.

But even after runnig there is lots of dependecy problem which i need fix manually. If any other ways to do please let me know.

Hi,

I just tested on a Ubuntu 18.04.1 64 bit system and the installation ran smoothly apart from a couple of things:

1. I needed to maket he installation script executable "chmod +x install_linux64.sh" before running it (I will fixed this in the repository).
2. Samtools failed to install, but I imagine you could probably install this through synaptic instead.
