Yes i did that also but didn't work. And i fixed the problem. You have to move the " } " to upper line like { fgtvgk nkkkjnbhj }
Then make it
{ afsgtfrdghklkj }
It is working. But don't know the explanation.
But even after runnig there is lots of dependecy problem which i need fix manually. If any other ways to do please let me know.

I just tested on a Ubuntu 18.04.1 64 bit system and the installation ran smoothly apart from a couple of things:

- I needed to maket he installation script executable "chmod +x install_linux64.sh" before running it (I will fixed this in the repository).
- Samtools failed to install, but I imagine you could probably install this through synaptic instead.
