Talk to ops about opening http and https ports

This is blocking adding SSL certs in https://github.com/OtagoPolytechnic/Cloudy-with-a-Chance-of-LoRa/issues/46

Azure:

• Go to the Network Security Group.
• Add inbound security rules to allow traffic on ports 80 and 443.

Ports 80 and 443 were open only internally. These are now open to any traffic.
