Update to OpenLayers 5.x #140

Update to OL5+ and change module imports accordingly. Babelify with webpack OL5 source files who are writting in ES6 PanZoom will have to be replaced or partially removed for now. Consider adding Cesium switch and some other free and exciting features.

Done without much problems of migration.
