This ports over the edit of Toss Up I made for Warzone. Wasn't sure if OCC would rather the map name be abbreviated to OitQ.

The initial variant definition is misspelt - it'd also be interesting if it used our already existing OitQ include

Shorter name would look a lot better in my opinion

Lmao, my bad there. Also didn't realize there was an include, I'll take a look and redo this
