Standardize plugin authors #318

I suggest we change all plugin authors to be "Overcast Network". This encompasses developers, contributors, etc. Also, this works well because BungeeCord does not allow for an array of authors.

For the open source plugins. We'll need to do this for all our closed source ones as well.

Well, I screwed up. Apparently not using the project. prefix before a project property (for example, ${name} versus ${project.name}) is deprecated. I'd go back through and fix it in all of them, but it would spam IRC...
