fix(Orisa): fix fusion cannon ammo overheating #1598

Orisa doesnt work properly, im not sure why but it does, apparently it doesn't change orisas ammo to match with it so I have to use the workshop settings to fix it. This small change fixes everything and properly works for my testing.

and also if you for some reason want the max ammo of this is 300 ammo cause 50+500% is 300 but this might be a lil wrong cause I'm stupid but yeah. this doesn't do anything but just for safe measures plus the ammo just adjust it anyways I think I didn't test it Screenshot 2024-08-06 112656
