Resolves #75

Summary:

🚀 Added cookie support for /login, with accessToken and refreshToken included as HTTP cookies 🍪.
🔒 Tokens are secured with HttpOnly and Secure flags for enhanced security.
🔄 The /auth/refresh endpoint now refreshes both cookies.
