Transition to jekyll web-based tutorials

• Transition from pdf tutorials to Github pages tutorials. Don't need to generate the PDFs ourselves.
• Restructure the code base such that it is more generalisable to not just CDT praticals.
• Merge prac1 and prac2 into one.
