Build and Usage Documentation #5

Its awesome to see this project gone GPL. I found a note on your wordpress blog that the build scripts have been removed and may be updated when you have a chance.

In the longer term it would be great to recover those build scripts, add build instructions as well as basic usage documentation. It might be worth adding a note about the current state of the build scripts to the README.

Again, thanks for the project.

I sent a pull request to add the Build scripts and README.txt from the original package, hope it can do a little help for the moment.
