JBrowse does not load bam file from FASTQ util alignment #2411

I am trying to view the bam file that I aligned to a specific genome, and when I try and upload it to the browser for that genome, I cannot view the file. There is not indication of what is going wrong, but when I click on Open, nothing happens.

Also, when I click on Add to tracks, a new track does not open
